Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Associate, based in Ahmedabad. The Real Estate Associate will be responsible for assisting in real estate transactions, managing leases, identifying and evaluating commercial real estate properties, and supporting real estate development projects. This role requires extensive client interactions, property showings, and collaboration with brokers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure successful transactions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing leases and facilitating successful agreements
• Solid understanding of residential/commercial real estate and real estate development
• Experience in real estate transactions and handling deals effectively
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in real estate roles is a plus
