Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Frontend Lead specializing in ReactJS to drive the development of robust, scalable web applications. This role involves managing multiple teams/projects, mentoring developers, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Management: Lead and mentor multiple frontend development teams (2-3 teams/projects). Foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the team. Conduct regular code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure high standards. Project Management: Oversee the execution of multiple projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and client satisfaction. Translate business requirements into technical deliverables with clear roadmaps. Manage risks and address project challenges proactively. Frontend Development Expertise: Design and develop user-friendly web interfaces using ReactJS, Redux, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Optimize frontend performance and scalability. Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in frontend development. Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication: Act as a key point of contact for project-related discussions with internal and external stakeholders. Present technical ideas and solutions clearly to non-technical audiences. Communicate project progress, risks, and updates effectively to all stakeholders. Qualifications Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development with ReactJS. Proven track record of managing and leading teams/projects independently. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in ReactJS, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with responsive design, browser compatibility, and performance optimization. Familiarity with tools like Webpack, Babel, and CI/CD pipelines. Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
