Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using

  React.js / Next.js

  and

  Python (FastAPI / Flask / Django)

  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including UI/UX, backend, and product management — to build seamless user experiences.
• Integrate APIs, databases, and AI features using

  OpenAI API

  and similar technologies.
• Optimize application performance, maintain code quality, and ensure scalability.
• Participate in product planning, sprint reviews, and architectural discussions.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues quickly and effectively.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to process improvements.

Required Skills

• Frontend:

  React.js / Next.js, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript

• Backend:

  Python (Flask, Django, or FastAPI), RESTful APIs, Node.js (optional)

• Databases:

  MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL

• Version Control:

  Git / GitHub / GitLab
• Strong understanding of responsive design, state management, and API integration.

Preferred / Bonus Skills

• Experience integrating

  OpenAI APIs

  or other AI frameworks
• Familiarity with

  speech-to-text

  ,

  gamification

  , or

  chatbot systems

• Cloud knowledge (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Exposure to startup environments or MVP development
