About the Role

• We are seeking a React Native Developer with backend expertise in Node.js to join our team in Patiala. This role involves working on an innovative educational mobile application focused on Punjabi language learning for children aged 3–10 years.
• The ideal candidate should be passionate about mobile app development, comfortable working on both frontend and backend, and excited to build meaningful applications that have a positive impact on children’s learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js.
• Collaborate with designers, educators, and team members to deliver user-friendly, child-focused features.
• Ensure high performance, app stability, and compliance with security and data privacy standards.
• Work across the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Must-Have Skills

• 2–3 years of professional experience in React Native mobile application development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and building RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with state management tools such as Redux, Context API, or MobX.
• Familiarity with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with mobile app deployment on Android and iOS platforms.

Good to Have

• Experience with Firebase services (Authentication, Push Notifications, Realtime Database).
• Knowledge of edtech applications or child-focused design principles.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
• Exposure to app performance monitoring and analytics tools.
