React Native Developer (Team Lead)

Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of cross-platform mobile applications using React Native. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Architect robust, scalable, and reusable code and components. Guide and mentor a team of 5-10 developers, conducting code reviews, fostering best practices, and driving technical excellence. Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure continuous innovation. Work closely with QA teams to ensure test coverage and smooth releases. Manage the mobile development lifecycle, including version control, continuous integration, and delivery pipelines. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in mobile application development. Strong hands-on experience in React Native with a proven track record of delivering multiple apps to production. Solid understanding of iOS and Android ecosystems, with experience in integrating native modules when necessary. Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and state management libraries such as Redux or MobX. Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and APIs. Familiarity with mobile UI/UX best practices and guidelines. Strong experience with Git and CI/CD tools. Proven leadership experience, managing or mentoring engineering teams. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to effectively drive collaboration across teams. Nice to Have: Experience with GraphQL, Firebase, or similar backend technologies. Knowledge of native development (Swift/Objective-C for iOS, Kotlin/Java for Android).
