React Native Developer

About The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented React Native Developer to join our in-house development team. In this role, you will focus primarily on building cross-platform mobile applications using React Native. If you also have experience or interest in React.js for web development, it's an added advantage.

This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates or early-career developers passionate about mobile development and eager to grow in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, scalable mobile applications using React Native for both Android and iOS.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and user-centric interfaces.
• Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Maintain code quality with thorough testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Contribute to code reviews, daily stand-ups, and team knowledge-sharing.
• Stay informed about mobile development trends and evolving technologies.
• Contribute to web application development using React.js, if needed.

Requirements:

• 0–1 year of experience with React Native (internships, freelance, or academic projects are acceptable).
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), along with a strong grasp of mobile app development principles.
• Familiarity with mobile build tools like Android Studio and/or Xcode.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling
• Knowledge of version control tools such as Git.
• Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to React.js for building responsive web interfaces.
• Familiarity with state management tools like Context API, Redux, or Zustand.
• Experience with UI libraries (e.g., NativeBase, React Native Paper).
• Knowledge of TypeScript is a plus.
• Understanding of mobile testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Detox).
• A GitHub profile or portfolio showcasing relevant React Native projects.
