We’re hiring a Python Developer to build and scale backend systems, data pipelines, and APIs for a fast-moving product. You’ll work closely with product, frontend, and data teams to ship reliable services, integrate external APIs, and maintain clean, testable code. What you’ll do Design, develop, and maintain backend services in Python Build and optimize REST APIs (and/or GraphQL) for web/mobile apps Integrate third-party APIs and manage background jobs/workers Write efficient, reusable, well-documented code with strong testing practices Work with databases ( PostgreSQL/MySQL ) and caching ( Redis ) Build or maintain data pipelines/ETL (if required) Monitor performance, fix bugs, and improve system reliability Collaborate in code reviews and follow clean engineering standards Must-have skills Strong Python fundamentals and backend experience Experience with FastAPI / Django / Flask (any one is fine) Strong understanding of APIs, authentication, and backend architecture Database skills: SQL + schema design (PostgreSQL preferred) Git, debugging, logging, and writing tests (pytest preferred) Good-to-have Experience with async Python (FastAPI async, Celery, asyncio) Docker + basic DevOps (deployments, CI/CD) Cloud exposure: AWS/GCP/Azure Message queues: RabbitMQ/Kafka Experience with real-time systems (WebSockets) What we value Ownership mindset: you ship, you improve, you scale Clean code, structured thinking, and strong debugging skills Ability to work in a fast iteration environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹221,307.49 - ₹600,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
