React Native Developer (2+ Years)

Job Title: React Native Developer Location: Indore (On-site) Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 4+ Years (2+ years in React Native) Job Description: We are looking for an experienced React Native Developer to join our product team and help build high-quality mobile applications for early-stage startups. The ideal candidate is someone who has hands-on experience in developing and deploying apps for both iOS and Android , has strong communication skills, and can deliver with accountability in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain high-performance mobile applications using React Native Translate business and technical requirements into high-quality, scalable code Deploy apps to iOS and Android app stores Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features Ensure daily, clear, and effective communication with stakeholders Deliver work in a timely manner while maintaining code quality and performance Work with third-party dependencies and APIs Required Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of software development experience post-graduation At least 2 years of hands-on experience with React Native Proven experience in developing and deploying 2–3 mobile apps on iOS and Android stores Strong understanding of app architecture, navigation, and UI/UX best practices Experience with dependencies and integration in React Native projects Ability to use AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) effectively Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Preferred (Nice to Have): Experience working with chat, video call, or meeting-based apps Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Startup or product-based company experience What We Offer: Opportunity to work on cutting-edge startup products Collaborative and innovative work culture Competitive compensation and growth opportunities Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹75,847.37 - ₹110,317.37 per year Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Application Question(s): Do you have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying React Native apps on both iOS and Android platforms?
