Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

UI Developer

with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in front-end development, specializing in

React JS

, and

TypeScript

. The ideal candidate should be able to transform complex business requirements into intuitive, high-performing, and visually appealing user interfaces. This role demands strong analytical skills, a good understanding of SDLC processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including business analysts, designers, and backend developers.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Analysis & Design

Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather functional and non-functional requirements.
Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and UI designs.
Prepare High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation for the development team.
Ensure designs are scalable, reusable, and aligned with overall architectural standards.

Development & Implementation

Develop new user-facing features and enhance existing applications using React JS.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
Integrate UI components with RESTful APIs and backend services.
Ensure application responsiveness, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
Apply SDLC principles in all development stages — design, coding, testing, and deployment.

Testing & Debugging

Perform unit testing, debugging, and issue resolution throughout the development cycle.
Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and optimize UI rendering speed.
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure quality and functionality of developed solutions.

Collaboration & Maintenance

Work with UX/UI designers to implement design systems, layouts, and visual elements.
Coordinate with backend developers to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Support deployment activities and assist in resolving post-production issues.
Continuously explore emerging UI technologies to improve development practices and user experience.
