Job Summary Synechron is seeking a skilled React Developer to design, develop, and enhance web applications using React.js and related technologies. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to create innovative, high-performance user interfaces that meet business needs. Your expertise will contribute to the development of scalable, maintainable, and responsive applications, supporting the company’s goal of delivering high-quality digital solutions to clients. Software Requirements Required Software Skills: Advanced knowledge of React.js and Redux for building dynamic user interfaces Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL for data integration Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies Experience with version control systems such as Git and GitHub Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence Preferred Software Skills: Familiarity with TypeScript, Next.js, or other React ecosystem tools Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha Overall Responsibilities Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend teams to develop responsive and engaging front-end solutions. Write clean, efficient, and testable React code that aligns with project standards. Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize frontend applications for performance and scalability. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by adopting new tools and techniques. Assist in documentation of technical specifications and user interfaces. Stay updated on the latest developments in React and web technology landscapes. Technical Skills (By Category) Programming Languages: Essential: React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), Redux Preferred: TypeScript, HTML, CSS Frameworks and Libraries: Essential: React.js, Redux for state management Preferred: Next.js, Material-UI, Bootstrap, or similar libraries Data & API Integration: Essential: RESTful APIs, GraphQL Preferred: Data fetching and caching solutions like SWR or React Query Tools & Methodologies: Essential: Git, GitHub, JIRA, Agile/Scrum Preferred: CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Linux environments Testing & Quality: Essential: Jest, Mocha, React Testing Library Preferred: Cypress for end-to-end testing Experience Requirements Minimum of 3 years of professional React development experience. Proven track record of delivering scalable and maintainable web applications. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, version control, and continuous integration tools. Experience with testing frameworks and ensuring code quality. Day-to-Day Activities Develop, test, and deploy React-based frontend applications. Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX designs into functional features. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review sessions. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development and deployment. Keep abreast of new trends, tools, and best practices in React and frontend development. Document technical decisions, components, and workflows for future reference. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Additional certifications in React.js, JavaScript frameworks, or frontend development are a plus. Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on frontend trends.
