React Developer

About the Role

We are a fast-growing startup building modern, scalable products and are looking for a React Developer who goes beyond just UI development. This role is for someone who understands how frontend systems connect with backend services, including APIs, authentication, and session management.

You’ll work closely with founders, designers, and backend engineers, owning features end-to-end — from idea to production. While your primary focus will be React + Next.js, you’ll also get exposure to Flutter, making this an ideal role for developers who want impact, ownership, and rapid growth in a startup setup.

Job Responsibilities

- Build and ship features using React.js and Next.js

- Implement server-side API calls using SSR, Server Components, and API routes

- Integrate and manage authentication flows (login, signup, logout, token refresh)

- Handle sessions, cookies (httpOnly, secure), and JWT-based authorization

- Consume and manage REST APIs with proper loading, error, and edge-case handling

- Develop scalable and reusable UI components using Tailwind CSS and Radix UI

- Optimize applications for performance, SEO, and accessibility

- Collaborate closely with backend teams on API contracts and security practices

- Take full ownership of features including testing, optimization, and maintenance

- Familiarity with CI/CD, GitHub and AWS cloud & Hostinger.

- Support minor Flutter-based UI tasks when required

Experience

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience building production-ready applications using React.js

- Strong experience with Next.js, including server-side rendering and data fetching

- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and modern CSS

- Experience working with Tailwind CSS and Radix UI

- Hands-on experience with server-side API calling in Next.js

- Solid understanding of authentication and session management (cookies, JWT, token refresh, role-based access)

- Familiarity with REST APIs and asynchronous data handling

- Basic working knowledge of Flutter & Dart (UI-level contribution is sufficient)

- Comfortable using Git and working in fast-paced startup environments

Nice to Have

- Experience with NextAuth / Auth.js

- Knowledge of middleware, edge functions, or API gateways

- Experience handling role-based access control (RBAC)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
