Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and related front-end technologies.
• Write clean, modular, reusable code following industry best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization techniques.
• Build reusable UI components and maintain modern libraries for future scalability.
• Manage application state using Redux, Context API or other state management tools.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to translate wireframes and design systems into visually appealing user interfaces.
• Work closely with backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and review sessions.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, consistency, and adherence to best engineering standards.
• Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies, frameworks, and enhancements to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive behaviour across devices.
• Implement deployment processes ensuring a smooth migration across mobile and desktop platforms.
• Assist with production deployment and performance monitoring during post-release support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs to maintain application stability and ensure high-availability.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements based on user feedback and analytics insights.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 25 years of hands-on experience in React.js development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with state management (Redux, Context API).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Strong knowledge of build tools such as Webpack, Vite, and Babel.
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Knowledge of UI/UX implementation and responsive design principles.
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Mocha, etc.).
• Understanding of Agile methodology and sprint-based development.
