Reach Developer

Position: Permanent Role: Reach Developer Experience: 4-6 years Work Location: Chennai/Bangalore/Hyderabad Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days Budget: 16–20 LPA Job Brief This position leads the technical implementation of our Reach CRM solution, a platform that goes beyond traditional CRM functionality. It helps institutions manage key areas such as admissions, student success, retention, alumni relations, and advancement. The role requires strong skills in Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization, web portal development, and data integration through custom file import solutions. The ideal candidate will support institutions in responding dynamically to each student’s unique journey throughout their lifecycle. Job Duties Include Developing or customizing web portals based on customer requirements Acting as a technical software solution expert and coach, knowing tools, technologies, and trends Architecting custom file import solutions to bring data from external systems Microsoft D365 CRM customization including server-side code, custom workflows, and plug-ins Responsibilities Automating business processes with workflows and Power Automate Communicating information clearly, accurately, and timely to project team members and customers Identifying, recognizing, and escalating risks and issues Performing assigned project tasks with minimal supervision Preparing design and technical documentation Training customer staff in technical solutions. Identifying technical process improvement opportunities and serving as an internal change management champion Fostering an environment of teamwork both internally and externally Requirements Software development experience implementing complex software packages and/or CRM implementations Master's degree Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or other CRM systems Higher Education industry experience Key Skills C#, ASP.NET MVC Web Applications, JavaScript, jQuery, SQL, HTML, CSS, OData Proficiency with Microsoft .NET 3.5+ development using C# Agile/Scrum AI, ML Show more Show less
