Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an experienced RCM Reliability Centered Maintenance Specialist with a strong background in the Oil Gas industry specifically in rotary equipment The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing RCM programs conducting reliability assessments and ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of rotary equipment This role requires a deep understanding of industry standards regulatory requirements and best practices in maintenance and reliability engineering Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement comprehensive RCM programs to optimize maintenance activities for rotary equipment • Conduct reliability assessments and analyze data to identify potential failure mechanisms and improve equipment performance • Compressor optimization and run time analysis • Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop maintenance strategies and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations • Perform inspections and assessments of rotary equipment to evaluate their condition and reliability • Prepare detailed reports and documentation of findings recommendations and action plans • Provide technical expertise and guidance to support the development and improvement of maintenance processes • Stay updated with the latest industry trends technologies and best practices in maintenance and reliability engineering Qualifications • Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the Oil Gas industry with a focus on reliability centered maintenance and rotary equipment • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements eg API ASME ISO • Proficiency in RCM software and tools • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Certification in RCM or related fields is a plus Preferred Skills • Experience with advanced inspection techniques and technologies • Knowledge of failure mechanisms and material degradation in rotary equipment • Familiarity with maintenance and reliability engineering principles Show more Show less
