No of VacanciesReports toRegional Credit ManagerIs a Team leaderNTeam SizeNAGradeBusinessCorporate CenterDepartmentRetail CreditSub-DepartmentCVCE CreditLocationAbout Wholesale CreditThe Retail Credit department in the Bank is a Credit Underwriting department for all the Retail clientele of the Bank It is also responsible for ensuring the maintenance of a good portfolio quality and for ensuring smooth credit appraisal processesAbouttheRoleThe CPC Credit Manager CV/CE manages the credit activities and processes for Commercial Vehicle and Construction Equipment products under Retail Credit The Credit Manager is responsible for smooth functioning of the Credit appraisal activities and hence managing the portfolio quality and also ensures adherence to the processes designed by the bankUnderwriting/review of Credit Proposals including Review/Renewals of the proposalsby ensuring adherence to the standard process, Turn Around Time and decision consistencyEnsure the quality of proposals and credit appraisal to minimize delinquency and build portfolio of expected qualityMaintaining accurate and up to date MIS reports, Inspection & monitoring of portfolios under various sub-segmentsto ensure maintenance of a healthy portfolioGather market intelligence with other financial institutions and entities to understand the market dynamics and risk trends, and to use necessary information for taking credit decisionsManage the relationship with various functions and departments within the bank to ensure collaboration and alignment to organizational objectivesEnsure timely completion of key deliverables, audit queries and adherence to the corporate retail policy/ schemeQualificationsGraduation/ Post- Graduation (MBA/ CA preferred) from a recognized instituteExperience of atleast 2 years in assessing credit of Commercial Vehicle and Construction Equipment ProductRole ProficienciesFor successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess:Knowledge of credit, relevant industry and product trendsKnowledge of regulatory guidelines and normsGood communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local languageAbility to handle pressure and meet deadlines
