Job Description

Liability Sales Department is integral part of Retail Banking Department which brings primarily the new liability business for the Bank in the form of CA, SA and TD apart from other retail business of Cards, Assets and Third-Party Investment Products The department is largely responsible for bringing New-to-Bank customers to the vast network of 4100 domestic branches spread across 26 states and 6 union territoriesAbout the RoleCorporate Segment Manager - RFR are responsible for driving the Forex business of the bank by exploring business opportunities from corporate customers They are situated in branch and are responsible for managing the corporate clientsEnsure achievement of Forex Card Volume Target from Corporate ChannelResponsible for New Corporate Onboarding (Achieve Count and Volume target)Responsible for achieving the Profitability targets of the corporate portfolioResponsible for achieving the Cross-Sell Target (NoA / Salary Labels)Ensure timely payments by the Corporates within the sanctioned credit limitControl on the Interest to Volume RatioQualificationsGraduation from a recognized instituteExperience in sales, forex and providing solutions to customersExperience in the BFSI sectorRole ProficienciesStrong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills - ability to speak with conviction using data and logicAptitude in building rapport with professionals at various levels of organization and outside environmentAbility in problem-solving and negotiation
