About Acquiring and Cards

The Acquiring and Cards department focuses on the Cards and merchant acquiring business of the bank The Bank offers a wide range of cards designed for the customers specific needs along with offering PoS services under the Acquiring business vertical within the cards team The department is also responsible for driving growth in the UPI payments spaceAbout the RoleThe manager is responsible for developing the product value proposition and benefitsDevelop and implement product development strategiesOwnership for product P&L responsible for driving revenues & reducing costsInitiate and implement marketing programs to drive acquisition and usage on cardCollaborate with internal functions to achieve maximum resultsManage relationships with Network Partners to drive innovation and commercial arrangementsQualifications2 + years of experience in banking domain (Experience in Cards industry is a plus)Strong numerical, analytical and project management skills is a plusRole ProficienciesGood understanding of Credit Cards, Unsecured & Secured Asset product & understanding on Liabilities side of bankingKnowledge of regulatory guidelines and normsGood communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local languageAbility to manage complex client situationsAbility to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment
