Executive - Sample Jewelry Range Department: Sample Management Reporting To: Manager - Operations Location: Mumbai Company: Kama Jewelry Pvt Ltd Position Summary: The Executive - Sample Jewelry Range is responsible for efficiently managing the sample jewelry range of Kama Jewelry Pvt Ltd. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring accurate inventory management, seamless logistics coordination, and the preparation of sample pieces for exhibitions, customer visits, and business development activities in domestic and international markets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sample Inventory Management: o Ensure accurate and timely entry of all sample jewelry pieces into the inventory system. o Regularly reconcile physical sample pieces with the inventory records to maintain data integrity. 2. Movement Tracking: o Monitor and track the movement of sample jewelry pieces for exhibitions, customer visits, and business development trips. o Ensure all movements are properly recorded in the system. 3. Exhibition and Visit Preparation: o Prepare sample ranges for exhibitions and customer meetings, ensuring all pieces are in pristine condition. o Coordinate with the business development team to meet their sample requirements for domestic and international markets. 4. Documentation and Compliance: o Manage and ensure accurate documentation for custom clearance processes for international shipments. o Maintain records for all sample-related transactions and movements. 5. Coordination and Communication: o Liaise with cross-functional teams including sales, business development, and logistics to ensure seamless operations related to the sample jewelry range. o Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to sample management. 6. Reporting: o Generate periodic reports on sample inventory status and movement for internal stakeholders. o Provide detailed reconciliation reports highlighting any variances and their resolution. Qualifications and Skills: bachelors degree in in any field. 2+ years of experience in inventory management or a similar role, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry. Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office (Excel, Word). Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation. Familiarity with documentation for international shipping and customs clearance is preferred.
