Job Title: Merchandiser Modern Gold

• Plan, develop, and manage product lines for modern gold jewelry, focusing on lightweight, minimalist, modular, and fusion designs.
• Stay updated on fashion and lifestyle trends to influence seasonal and core collections.
• Collaborate closely with the design, CAD, and production teams to turn concepts into commercially viable products.
• Apply new technologies and innovations to enhance product development and design processes.
• Coordinate product sampling, approvals, costing, and timelines across teams and vendors.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior to inform merchandising strategies.
• Ensure smooth communication and follow-up with clients, including buying houses and retail partners, for both domestic and export markets.
• Maintain accurate product data, pricing, and development status in ERP systems and tracking tools.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or diploma in Fashion Merchandising, Jewelry Design, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in jewelry merchandising, ideally within gold or contemporary jewelry lines.
• Deep understanding of gold jewelry production techniques and modern design aesthetics.
• Familiarity with lightweight, minimalist, modular, and fusion jewelry trends.
• Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and product lifecycle management tools.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to handle multiple collections simultaneously.
• A keen eye for detail, visual aesthetics, and current consumer preferences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Preferred Attributes:

• Prior experience working in both domestic and export jewelry markets, with a strong focus on domestic consumer trends.
• Exposure to or interest in technology-led product design and innovation in gold jewelry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining quality and creativity.
