Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Race Director based in Ahmedabad. The Race Director will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of Marathon and related events. Key duties include managing logistics, coordinating with vendors and sponsors, ensuring participant safety, and marketing the event to attract participants. The Race Director will also handle budgeting, compliance with local regulations, and post-event evaluations to improve future races.

• Budget management and financial planning skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and risk management
• Experience in marketing and promotion strategies

• Previous experience in event management or related field is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field
