Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Race Director. The Race Director will be responsible for planning and coordinating various school-related races, marathons, events. Daily tasks include designing race courses, managing event logistics, coordinating with vendors and volunteers, promoting the events, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and overseeing the smooth execution of the events.

Qualifications

• Event Planning, Coordination, and Logistics Management skills
• Strong Organizational and Leadership skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Safety and Regulatory Compliance
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Sports Management, or related field
• Experience in educational or sports event management is a plus
