Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (Quotation)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Executive (Quotation) to manage and coordinate quotation-related activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating quotations, managing samples, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and manage quotations for FSSAI samples, customers.

2. Unbox and process sample parcels efficiently.

3. Maintain accurate records of FSSAI sample counts in Excel.

4. Enter enquiry data in Google Sheets and ensure data accuracy.

5. Collaborate with lab analysts and department heads to clarify enquiry-related doubts and parameter-specific requirements.

6. Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment:

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
