Role Overview

Quick Commerce Performance Marketing Specialist

You will work closely with marketing, supply chain, and creative teams to drive brand performance across Q-commerce.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Planning & Execution

·      Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Q-commerce platforms—Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart.

·      Use ad formats such as Sponsored Products, Boost Ads, In-App Banners, Category Spotlights, and Display Ads.

·      Develop platform-wise strategies based on SKU type, demand patterns, and city-level performance.

2. Optimization & Growth

·      Monitor daily campaign performance: spend, CTR, CPC, conversions, ROAS.

·      Optimize bids, budgets, keywords, and targeting to drive efficiency.

·      Identify high-performing stores / cities and scale ads accordingly.

3. Operations & Inventory Coordination

·      Collaborate with supply chain to track stock availability across dark stores.

·      Ensure no stockouts during active campaigns.

·      Align ads with pricing changes, new SKU launches, and weekly promotional calendars.

4. Reporting & Insights

·      Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

·      Analyze data to identify trends and actionable insights.

·      Conduct competitor benchmarking within each Q-commerce app.

5. Creative & Brand Collaboration

·      Coordinate with the design team for in-app banners, hero images, GIFs, and videos.

·      Ensure creatives meet platform guidelines and drive higher CTR.

·      Provide insights for creative A/B testing.


Requirements:

Blinkit / Zepto / Instamart

·      Strong analytical and numerical ability.

·      Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

·      Good understanding of quick-commerce operations and dark-store supply model.

·      Ability to manage multiple platforms and ad budgets simultaneously.

·      Excellent communication and cross-team coordination skills.
