Job Title: Senior Executive- Query Resolution (Accounts Payable)

Reporting Manager: Team Lead/ Assistant Manager

Location: Gurgaon (Sector 68 Office)

Experience Required: 2 to 4 years

Budget: Up to ₹4.20 LPA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Accounts Payable, with a strong focus on query resolution, to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling vendor and internal stakeholder queries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal departments. Proficiency in SAP is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for escalated queries from vendors, procurement teams, and internal stakeholders related to Accounts Payable.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to invoices, payments, GR/IR mismatches, and other AP-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure timely processing and follow-up of vendor queries through email, phone calls, and ticketing systems.
• Monitor and manage AP query resolution SLA and TAT, ensuring all issues are addressed within defined timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for query resolution.
• Perform regular follow-ups on pending queries and maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and communications.
• Assist in vendor reconciliation activities and aging analysis of outstanding payables.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Com (mandatory), MBA (Finance) or M.Com preferred
• 2-4 years in query resolution within Accounts Payable
• Strong SAP experience
• Experience working in a shared services or multinational environment is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
• Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk) is an advantage
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
