. The hardware division designs full-stack enterprise quantum computers—spanning superconducting processors, cryogenic control electronics and RF instrumentation—to unlock breakthroughs across life-sciences, finance, transportation and space.Role offers opportunity to work in scalable quantum hardware for a full-stack quantum computer As a Quantum Processor Design engineer, you would be involved in the design and simulation of novel superconducting quantum processors for quantum processing. In this role, your work will directly support India's most powerful available quantum computer, and you will contribute to building a quantum computing accelerator for the future data centers.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree/PhD in Physics/Electronics/Communication Engineering with at least 2 years’ work and domain experience in Superconducting Qubit design and system analysis.
  • Expertise in design and simulation of superconducting qubit circuits.
  • Expertise in RF/microwave theory, and design techniques for analysis of superconducting microwave circuits.
  • Hands-on experience in the simulation tools of HFSS/Sonnet/Comsol and ADS for RF simulations for superconducting qubits based quantum processors.
  • Experience in design/characterization, or simulation of superconducting devices.
  • Experience in RF and Mixed Signal PCB design is a plus.
  • Knowledge and understanding of analysis and testing of RF components from datasheets, PCB schematics and layout design.
  • Should be familiar with Linux system and scripting language with TCL/Python
  • Good problem solving and communication skills.
  • Should be a good team player.
