🎯 Bachelor’s in Quantity Surveying, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field
🎯 5+ years in quantity surveying & billing for interior design / construction projects
🎯 Strong knowledge of interior design materials and execution methods
🎯 Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD & billing software a plus
🎯 Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
