Quantity Surveyor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Madhya Pradesh, India. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include preparing cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables, conducting feasibility studies, valuing completed work, and arranging payments. The role also involves assessing project risks, providing advice on contractual claims, and ensuring that all work complies with legal requirements and standards.

• Cost estimation and budget management skills
• Experience with feasibility studies and risk assessment
• Proficiency in valuing completed work and arranging payments
• Knowledge of construction contracts and legal compliance
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficient in relevant software and tools for quantity surveying
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred
