• Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
• Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
• Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
• Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
• Maintain and update department-wise accounts accurately.
• Prepare and track Gantt charts for projects.
• Ensure the approved architect's design and plan are executed as per the timeline.
• Traveling from the office to various sites as required.
• Review drawings and prepare quantity/cost estimates.
• Analyse material and labour costs; maintain budget control.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams..
• Monitor site progress and update any design or budget changes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Construction-related field.
• 4 – 5 years of relevant project coordination experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel and project management tools.
• Ability to manage both site and office responsibilities efficiently.
