Role Description - Urgent Requirement!

We are looking for an experienced Quality Controller (Food Technology) to oversee daily operations at our Central Processing Unit (CPU) in Chennai. This is a critical and time-sensitive role to maintain food safety, hygiene, and product quality across our outlets.

Key Responsibilities( Daily Operations Focus)

•  Oversee daily operations of the CPU, including:
•  Receiving and inspecting stock
•  Managing inventory and stock rotation
•  Dispatches and ensuring timely delivery
•  Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
•  Quality control and assurance
•  Food safety and hygiene management
•  Process management and improvement
•  Training and guidance to staff

Requirements:

•   Diploma/degree in Food Technology or related field
•   Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control/food production
•   Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards
