• Develop, test, and execute systematic trading strategies across asset classes to deliver consistent profitability.
• Actively manage and optimize trading capital,

  having a scalable strategy with exposure of ₹20 Cr+ margins, ensuring efficient risk-adjusted returns with a higher Sharpe ratio and lower maximum drawdown

• Monitor and analyze market microstructure, continuously adapting strategies to evolving market conditions.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and enhance strategy development, while maintaining a high level of autonomy.
• Leverage statistical, mathematical, and algorithmic tools to improve execution and performance outcomes.
  

• 3+ years

  of hands-on trading experience with a

  proven, profitable track record

  .

• Domain experience in Indian/Global markets (F&O, HFT/MFT trading) is a must.

• Experience in managing significant trading books/margins.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
• Deep understanding of market microstructure, risk management, and trading systems.
• Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and able to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
