As we expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled Market Making Specialist with a background in reputable market making firms to join our team.Job Overview:The Market Making Specialist will play a crucial role in the setup, onboarding, monitoring, and maintenance of our market making operations. While our Business Development (BD) team establishes deals and market making relationships, we need a proactive professional who can ensure the successful implementation and ongoing efficiency of these initiatives.Key Responsibilities:

Market Making Setup:
Develop and implement market making strategies for various cryptocurrency pairs
Configure and optimize trading algorithms and systems for market making activities
Coordinate with the technical team to ensure seamless integration of market making tools
Onboarding:
Collaborate with the BD team to onboard new market making clients and partners
Provide technical support and guidance during the onboarding process
Ensure all systems and protocols are in place for new market making activities
Monitoring and Maintenance:
Continuously monitor market conditions and adjust strategies to maintain optimal performance
Perform regular maintenance and updates on market making systems
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise in real-time to ensure uninterrupted operations
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with internal teams, including BD, technical, and compliance, to align market making efforts with overall business goals
Communicate effectively with external partners to maintain strong working relationships
Provide regular updates and reports on market making performance to senior management
