Growth Associate (Crypto Experience Required)

As a Growth Associate at LCX Technologies Private Limited, located in Gurugram, India, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and engagement within the Web3 space. Your responsibilities will include strategically approaching audience growth, building and executing product communication strategies, managing media and influencer relationships, planning institutional media strategies, tracking KPIs, collaborating on growth strategies, supporting team expansion, developing user loyalty programs, ensuring cross-functional collaboration, and assisting in crisis communication when necessary. To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of the DeFi ecosystem and Web3 technologies, with knowledge of the crypto social ecosystem and platforms like Twitter. Ideally, you should have at least 1+ years of experience in supporting growth and BD activities within successful crypto or blockchain-related projects. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong copywriting skills, analytical abilities, and an understanding of the European market. Your ability to contribute to a rapidly growing project and drive engagement through compelling content will be key to your success.
