The Impact you will have in this role: The UI/UX role specializes in planning, designing, developing, and testing user interfaces and user experience components for all products, platforms, solutions, and tools for the firm. Provides user experience design, usability, evaluation, and testing expertise to product development teams, including the analysis, investigation, and selection of applications and methods to enhance user interaction through look, feel, process flow and choice of responsive elements. Performs technical review of proposed design and product changes for feasibility, integration with existing technical architectures and systems, and alignment with desired user experience and design standards. Your Primary Responsibilities: - Work closely in a team of frontend engineers, providing technical guidance and driving excellence in frontend development practices. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define project requirements, breaking them down into manageable tasks for the frontend team. - Lead the technical design and implementation of frontend solutions, ensuring high-quality code and optimal performance. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, backend developers, and blockchain engineers, to deliver seamless user experiences. - Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in frontend development and web3 technologies. - Develop and refine solutions using diverse methods: user flows, customer journeys, sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes. - Collaborate with other designers and across departments, effectively giving and receiving feedback. - Contribute to wireframe development, complex interface design, and enhance current design components, while also overseeing the handover of finalized designs to engineers. - Perform additional UX research as required. Drive delivery independently and autonomously within team and vendor teams. - Work closely with peers to improve workflow processes & communication. Qualifications: - Minimum of 6 years of related experience. - Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. Talents Needed for Success: - 6+ years design experience, specializing in UI Design or Product Design. - Proven experience as a technical lead or senior frontend engineer, with a track record of delivering high-quality web applications. - Strong experience with Figma (design & prototyping). - Strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript. - Expertise in frontend frameworks, libraries, and tools such as React, Next.js, Redux, etc. - Deep understanding of software development principles, including modular and scalable architecture, performance optimization, and code maintainability. - Experience with web3 technologies, blockchain platforms, and decentralized applications. - Experience with backend development and REST API integration is a plus. - Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in frontend and web3 technologies.,
