Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control (QC) Manager to oversee and manage the quality assurance processes for hand tools and equipment. The QC Manager will ensure that all products meet or exceed company and regulatory standards for quality, durability, safety, and performance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of quality systems, inspection methods, industry regulations, and manufacturing processes related to tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Quality Control Procedures:
• Establish and maintain quality control processes, inspection plans, and documentation for hand tools and equipment.
• Monitor Product Quality:

Conduct regular inspections, audits, and tests on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards.Investigate non-conformities, analyze root causes, and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).Lead, train, and manage a team of quality inspectors and technicians. Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet required standards. Conduct supplier audits and resolve quality-related issues.Ensure compliance with international, national, and customer-specific quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ANSI, ASTM, CE).Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and enhance product reliability and performance.Maintain detailed quality records, inspection reports, test results, and corrective action reports. Report KPIs to senior management.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹59,645.33 per month
