Quality & Training Manager – Title Search

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the

  quality & training function

  for Title Search projects, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate

  training programs focused on title search processes

  such as Title Commitment, Deeds, Mortgages, Liens, and Judgments.
• Monitor

  process adherence and audit results

  , providing coaching, refresher training, and process improvement guidance.
• Conduct

  root cause analysis (RCA)

  for errors and drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Lead and mentor a

  team of quality analysts and trainers

  , providing direction and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with operations and client stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and continuous upskilling.
• Build

  quality dashboards and performance reports

  for leadership review.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate, preferably in Law/Business/Commerce or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality & Training Manager in Title Search

  (real estate/title insurance domain is mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of title search, property ownership verification, liens, judgments, and related legal documents.
• Demonstrated success in

  designing and delivering training

  programs within Title Search operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
