Sales Representative Outbound Calling (US Market)

As a Sales Representative at Revoltution Labs, you will play a pivotal role in our outbound sales team targeting the US market. With your energetic and driven attitude, you will engage in meaningful conversations with potential customers, utilizing your natural ability to connect with people. Your primary responsibilities will include making outbound calls, qualifying leads, presenting our cutting-edge software solutions, maintaining consistent follow-ups, and updating CRM systems with lead activities. Your success will be measured by exceeding monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and conversions. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 1 year of sales, telemarketing, or outbound calling experience. Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial. You should be confident in handling objections, building rapport over the phone, and be familiar with software products and SaaS sales. While experience in selling to international markets is a plus, it is not mandatory. Your flexibility to work US shift timings and your proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset will be key to your success. Ideally, you will have hands-on experience with CRM tools and outbound calling software, which will enhance your performance in this role.
