Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gunupur for a Quality Specialist. In this role, the Quality Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality standards, conducting audits, developing and implementing quality assurance processes, and analyzing performance data. The role involves working closely with team members to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Auditing skills to ensure adherence to established standards
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess trends, and generate actionable insights
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and present findings clearly
• Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring process improvements
• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in similar roles or in AI/ML projects is an added advantage
