Roles and Responsibilities Manage quality projects from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and company policies. Conduct FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) and FTA (Failure Tree Analysis) studies to identify potential failures in processes. Implement 5 Whys methodology to analyze root causes of defects and develop corrective actions. Develop and maintain documentation for quality procedures, work instructions, and records. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvements through kaizen events. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 7 years of experience including experience of handling FEED , Detailed Design and EPC projects of large and complex nature. Conversant with Quality Management System standard ISO 9001:2018 and related guidelines with familiarity on ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001 :2015 standards. Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor qualifications on ISO9001/ ISO45001/ ISO14001 desirable B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization Strong understanding of ISO standards and ability to apply them effectively in daily operations. Proficiency in tools such as Fishbone diagramming, FMEA/FTA analysis, 5 Whys methodology. Knowledge on ASME/ API/ ASNT/ EN/ IS codes desirable
