Quality Project Manager

You will be part of Group Trucks Technology and play a key role in designing sustainable transportation solutions for the future. As a Reactive Quality Project Manager (RQ-PM) at GTT Electromobility BLR, your main responsibility will be to lead in securing product quality that impacts customer needs. Your expertise will contribute to the development of next-gen technologies and sustainable solutions, ensuring that the products meet the highest quality standards. - Lead Re-active Quality for Global Electromobility Products - Conduct Quality Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using the 8D framework - Participate in cross-functional discussions to ensure product quality - Manage the product quality log and facilitate data-driven decision-making - Capture, spread, maintain, and re-use knowledge through efficient tools - Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Software, or related fields - Minimum of 8 years of working experience in Quality areas related to Automotive or Electric vehicles - Proficiency in quality-related tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, FMEA, Ishikawa, etc. - Experience in project management and working on projects - Good knowledge of Volvo Group products or Commercial Vehicle (CV) products - Key competencies include Communication, Customer Success, Results-oriented, Managing Ambiguity, and Networking The company values Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity, providing a safe and supportive environment for employees to bring their authentic selves to work.
