Tubing Design Expertise: Creation of pipe/hose routing from 2D layouts or physical samples. 3D pipe modeling including fittings as per standards. Generation of linked 2D pipe drawings. Migration and optimization of 3D pipes in 3DX. Proficient in hydraulic symbols and circuit diagram design. Preparation of hydraulic assembly and installation drawings. Ensure the review and quality assurance of all hydraulics-related deliverables. Familiarity with global hydraulic design methodologies and standards. System & Component Design: Hydraulic component selection and system calculations. Hydraulic system design. Proficient in CATIA V5/V6/3DX and TUD tools. Skilled in SAP for BOM management and product development. Strong project management capabilities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery (QCT) of hydraulics deliverables. Strong background in value engineering for cost optimization of hydraulic systems.
