Job Responsibilities:

1. Quality Management System: Establish and maintain an appropriate quality management system to ensure compliance with the company's quality standards and customer requirements. Develop and implement quality control processes, inspection methods, and standards.

2. Inspection and Testing: Develop and execute inspection and testing plans to ensure that PCBA products meet specifications and performance requirements during the production process. Use appropriate tools and equipment for quality inspection.

3. Defect Management: Track and manage defects in production, including recording and analyzing defect data, developing corrective and preventive measures, and collaborating with relevant departments to resolve quality issues.

4. Training and Guidance: Train and guide the production team to ensure they understand and comply with quality standards and procedures. Provide necessary technical support and training to enhance employee skills and awareness.

5. Continuous Improvement: Promote continuous improvement activities by analyzing data and indicators to identify potential problems and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement improvement plans.

6. Supplier Management: Work with suppliers to ensure they provide raw materials and components that meet quality requirements. Establish long-term partnerships with suppliers and conduct regular audits and evaluations.

7. Customer Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with customers to understand their quality requirements and feedback. Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and take measures to improve customer satisfaction.
