Description
Responsibilities: 1.Manage and oversee the day-to-day DIP production operations, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet production targets. 2.Lead and supervise a team of production supervisors, technicians, and operators, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback. 3.Develop and implement production plans, ensuring optimal utilization of equipment, materials, and manpower. 4.Monitor production processes and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to enhance efficiency and quality. 5.Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize DIP production processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements. 6.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all DIP production activities. 7.Manage inventory levels, including raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods, to support production schedules and minimize stockouts or excess inventory. 8.Collaborate with the procurement team to coordinate the timely sourcing and delivery of materials for DIP production. 9.Monitor and analyze production costs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement. 10.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of operational excellence and employee engagement. 11.Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices related to DIP production. Requirements: 1.Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or related field) or equivalent experience. 2.Proven experience in managing DIP production operations, preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry. 3.Strong knowledge of DIP technology, production processes, and quality standards. 4.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 5.Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. 6.Proficient in using production management software and tools. 7.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. 8.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus. 9.Familiarity with ISO and other relevant industry certifications is desirable. 10.Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a production team.
