How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Maintain & improve quality to the Projects team at HO and Construction sites. Develop awareness inside the E&C India center to ensure all employees apply effectively the quality system requirements. INTERNAL EXTERNAL Project Managers Engineering Managers, Project Engineers Lead Engineers- All disciplines Construction Managers Proposal Managers Functional HoDs – All disciplines Site QA/QC Managers Internal Quality Auditors RCA Leaders Customer’s Quality Managers ISO certification agencies Site Contractors Vendors Safety and IMS: Follow all the HSE rules laid down by company As Project Quality Manager, ensure Implementation of all IMS standards in all disciplines As Project Quality Manager for organize internal project audits in E&C India Center Quality: Ensure Project Quality Plans(for overall project & for site) are prepared at the right time , shared among the project team, and implemented in the Project effectively Develop project audit plan & follow up project audits Support and prepare inputs required for Project Reviews Coordinate third party audits Carry out project start & closeout capitalization sessions and follow up closeout of actions Ensure corrective actions for NCRs taken on time Ensure timely RCAs are performed for all Gaps, perform RCAs and ensure closeout of actions Support Construction sites for preparation of ITBs and monitor site quality Support audit team for qualification of site sub-contractors Periodically visit construction sites to monitor quality of work performed by site team and sub-contractors Financial Contribution: Establish , implement and maintain a method to analyze cost of Quality for Projects Operative Effectiveness: Ensure overall IMS/Quality effective operation in Projects Development and Competitiveness: Identify weak working processes and propose improvements required to optimize work processes Promote quality culture by conducting awareness on topics related to quality ___________________ Are you a MATCH? Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma Discipline: Engineering (process, chemical or mechanical) Work Experience: 15+ years experience in Quality Additional Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001:2015 & preferably ASNT Level-2 certificate or higher Foreign Language: English and Hindi Level required: Fluent Prior experience in EPC processes & Experience of EPC Quality assurance processes, Lead Auditor in ISO 9001. Internal auditor in ISO 45001 & ISO 14000 will be an added advantage.
