This on-site role demands hands‐on quality control and process optimization to meet industry benchmarks and customer expectations.Role & Responsibilities

Oversee and enforce quality control standards throughout the garment production process.
Conduct regular inspections of raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with established specifications.
Implement quality assurance procedures and drive continuous improvement in product quality.
Coordinate with production teams to address quality challenges and propose corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of quality metrics and prepare performance reports for management review.
Ensure that all processes align with industry safety and quality standards.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have: Proven experience in quality control within the garments or apparel manufacturing sector.
Must-Have: In-depth knowledge of quality assurance protocols and industry standards.
Must-Have: Strong analytical skills with the ability to review quality metrics and implement improvements.
