Quality & HR Executive

• Perform in-process inspections to ensure compliance with product and process standards.
• Assist in preparing and updating Work Instructions.
• Coordinate with third-party labs for sample dispatch and testing requirements.
• Support in maintaining QMS documentation, including test records, calibration reports, and log books.
• Assist in preparing documents related to APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans.
• Follow and enforce the company's quality standards and procedures.
• Assist in preparing and updating Work Instructions.
• Support internal and external audit preparations (IATF/ISO).
• Assist in maintaining records for PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, etc.
• Identify training needs in coordination with departmental heads.
• Prepare and execute training plans and oversee proper documentation.
• Conduct post-training evaluations and effectiveness assessment.
• Maintain and update the employee skill matrix regularly.
• Assist in monthly salary calculation, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Support HR compliance activities and maintain personnel records.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.
• Monitor 5S activities on the shop floor and in office areas, ensuring housekeeping standards are met and sustained.

Key Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of in-process inspection & measuring instruments
• Understanding of QMS documentation (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 preferred)
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Word
• Basic knowledge of HR documentation & training management.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience:

• 1–3 years in a Quality / HR Executive role in a manufacturing or industrial company
• Familiarity with quality tools and HR processes is highly desirable.

Education : B.TECH in Mech. Engg. (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
