Full Time

Perform in-process inspections to ensure compliance with product and process standards. Assist in preparing and updating Work Instructions. Coordinate with third-party labs for sample dispatch and testing requirements. Support in maintaining QMS documentation, including test records, calibration reports, and log books. Assist in preparing documents related to APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans. Follow and enforce the company's quality standards and procedures. Assist in preparing and updating Work Instructions. Support internal and external audit preparations (IATF/ISO). Assist in maintaining records for PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, etc. Identify training needs in coordination with departmental heads. Prepare and execute training plans and oversee proper documentation. Conduct post-training evaluations and effectiveness assessment. Maintain and update the employee skill matrix regularly. Assist in monthly salary calculation, attendance tracking, and leave management. Support HR compliance activities and maintain personnel records. Participate in internal and external quality audits. Monitor 5S activities on the shop floor and in office areas, ensuring housekeeping standards are met and sustained. Key Skills Required: Basic knowledge of in-process inspection & measuring instruments Understanding of QMS documentation (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 preferred) Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Word Basic knowledge of HR documentation & training management. Effective communication and coordination skills. Preferred Experience: 1–3 years in a Quality / HR Executive role in a manufacturing or industrial company Familiarity with quality tools and HR processes is highly desirable. Education : B.TECH in Mech. Engg.
