About the Role:

Quality Head

As the Quality Head, you will oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of our quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements, especially within Tier-1 automobile and electronics segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate on obtaining and maintaining IQC (Incoming Quality Checks).
• Ensure the validity and execution of the process on the assembly line.
• Audit machinery and engineering while maintaining checks for deterioration, faults and required repairs.
• Audit and maintain production records.
• Ensure quality checks for R&D dispatches.
• Maintain and conduct Pre-Dispatch Inspection for client deliveries.
• Act as an inspector and auditor of workflows in the workplace.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of proven experience in quality roles within the wiring harness, Tier-1 automobile, or electronics industry.
• Strong understanding of quality control standards, tools, and methodologies.
• Goal-oriented with a strategic vision and a continuous learning approach.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
