Quality Facade Engineer

 Strong understanding of facade systems, materials, and construction techniques. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues related tofacade design and construction. High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all technical drawings and specifications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with architects, projectmanagers, contractors and other professionals involved in the project. Ability to use design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Rhino, or Revit for creatingdetailed facade designs. Knowledge of building regulations and safety standards relevant to facade construction. Project management skills to oversee the project from the initial design stage tocompletion, ensuring it is delivered on time and within budget. Physical stamina and the ability to inspect construction sites and climb scaffolding ifnecessary. Proficiency in structural engineering principles as they apply to facade design.

Responsibilities

 Design innovative and efficient facade systems and solutions Perform thermal, structural and wind load analysis Conduct detailed facade assessments and inspections Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project feasibility and success Prepare and present technical reports and design proposals Oversee the testing of facade materials and systems Ensure the compliance of designs with building regulations and standards Resolve technical issues and provide technical advice Monitor project progress, ensuring that deadlines are met MIR, ITR, NCR reports Quality report to be maintained on daily basis Vendor material inspection. Maintaining Quality reports according to project schedule.

Qualifications

 Proven work experience as a Quality Facade Engineer or similar role Proficiency with design software, such as AutoCAD or Revit Strong knowledge of facade materials and systems Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong project management and communication skillsSkills: safety,vendor material inspection,facade,quality reports,quality facade engineer,autocad,facade materials
