Role Overview
We are seeking Quality Executives to support our Quality Assurance and Process Excellence functions. This role ensures compliance with operational quality standards, drives continuous improvement, and enables sustainable process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct process audits and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Identify process gaps and drive corrective actions for performance improvement.
Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
Analyze data to detect abnormalities, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Prepare and maintain quality dashboards, reports, and assessment trackers.
Support training and knowledge assessments to improve team capabilities.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Good knowledge of quality control and process improvement tools.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: Operations/Industrial Engineering/Quality).
Experience: 02 years in Quality, Process Excellence, or Operations.
