Job Description

Role Overview:

Quality Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular clinical audits and quality checks at clinics as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor infection control, sterilization protocols, and patient safety compliance.
Assist in documentation and reporting of quality indicators.
Coordinate with clinic teams to ensure adherence to Clove Dentals clinical and operational standards.
Support training sessions on quality protocols and process improvement.
Identify gaps and recommend corrective or preventive actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for quality initiatives and process enhancements.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Sound understanding of basic dental procedures and protocols.
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel for clinic audits and reviews.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Eligibility:

BDS degree from a recognized university.
0–2 years of clinical or administrative experience (freshers encouraged to apply).
